The control system incorporates the SIEMENS 828D CNC system, with servo motor-driven feeding. This configuration delivers high operational efficiency and ensures consistent workpiece precision. A servo-centered centering device is mounted on the feeding support roller, enabling it to accommodate the processing of variable-cross-section plates with a height difference ranging from 0 to 200mm.
The exhibition features a curated selection of finished longitudinal beam samples processed by this production line, covering a variety of specifications applicable to mining trucks and special-purpose vehicles.
