7. The standard cycle time for cold-pressing operations is 10 seconds per workpiece, whereas the thermal processing cycle extends to 120 seconds per unit, depending on the material grade and component dimensions. Furthermore, fabrication commences only once the heating temperature reaches 800 degrees Celsius (the red-hot stage), with all process parameters meticulously configured according to the material type and the specified bending angle tolerances.

8. During the thermal treatment stage, once the process parameters are set, operators can initiate the cycle by pressing the start button or activating the foot pedal switch, thereby triggering the fully automated operation sequence. This sequence carries out a predetermined series of steps, including the advancement of the heating elements, application of thermal energy, retraction of the heating elements upon completion, clamping and compression of the workpiece, lifting of the ram, and, finally, the unloading and retrieval of the processed component.

9. In the combined thermal processing and cold-pressing mode, once the process parameters are configured, cold-pressing operations can commence immediately. The pressure ram remains in position, while the lower pressing die is raised to provide a 100 mm clearance, allowing for the effortless removal of the workpiece. This optimized operational sequence substantially enhances overall process efficiency.![]()
