2. High-Accuracy Drilling Unit
The drilling spindle adopts high-grade Taiwan-made BT40 precision spindles, equipped with an internal cooling circuit to deliver superior drilling capability and outstanding dimensional precision. The drilling unit is outfitted with six CNC-driven drill heads, symmetrically arranged with three units on either side of the angle steel. For holes with uniform diameters and equal distances to the top edge of angle steel flanges, the paired drill heads on two sides can work concurrently, so as to optimize processing efficiency and overall output.

The control system features dual-language support for Chinese and English. It delivers straightforward operation and presents workpiece drawings in a clear visual form.
4. Simplified Programming Process
Program setup is highly convenient. Operators merely need to enter workpiece sizes, hole diameters, hole pitches and production quantities. In addition, programs can be directly exported from CAD/CAM nesting software. The system is also compatible with .NC1 files generated by TEKLA software, realizing excellent interoperability and seamless workflow connection.
