The equipment is principally comprised of a transverse material conveying system, rotary loading assembly, infeed conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, punching station, marking station, cutting station, discharge conveyor, as well as integrated hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and auxiliary support systems.

1. The machine incorporates advanced CNC control technology combined with servo-driven material feeding, delivering outstanding production efficiency and stable machining precision. 2. Each side of the machine is equipped with three punch-and-die stations capable of accommodating punches of different diameters. Under PLC control, the three die assemblies can move synchronously to automatically adjust punching reference positions and improve processing flexibility.
3. The industrial control computer features a bilingual Chinese-English operating interface, providing intuitive operation and graphical workpiece visualization. Programming is highly efficient, with direct compatibility for importing data generated by CAD nesting and lofting software. Operators are only required to enter workpiece dimensions, hole diameters, reference coordinates, and production quantities to generate processing programs.
4. The CNC feeding carriage is powered by a high-performance servo motor and utilizes photoelectric encoder feedback for precise position monitoring. A closed-loop control architecture ensures exceptional positioning accuracy and reliable feeding performance throughout the machining cycle.
5. Punching, marking, and cutting operations are fully automated. Finished angle steel components are automatically unloaded through a pneumatic turnover mechanism, significantly reducing labor requirements and improving overall production efficiency.
6. The control platform consists of an industrial computer, CNC controller, servo drive system, PLC controller, and external sensing devices. Processing operations can be initiated simply by entering workpiece parameters. Furthermore, machining programs can be stored, retrieved, displayed, and transmitted according to designated workpiece identification numbers, facilitating efficient production management.
7. The marking station adopts a fully enclosed frame structure, providing superior rigidity and structural stability. Four sets of character cassettes are mounted on the marking head and can be automatically selected through program control. Marking reference positions can be freely configured to meet specific production requirements. The punching, marking, and cutting cylinders are designed with enhanced capacity, while the upgraded CNC carriage and reinforced clamping mechanism provide greater structural strength, stability, and processing reliability.
